• Must be a .tga file
• Image size must be exactly 16x16 pixels
• Color Depth: 32 bit

It is recommended that players used image rendering software’s such as Adobe Photoshop for the guild logo creation.
Note that only the guild leader is the only one allowed to upload and change the guild logo from time to time.

Guide for Uploading default emblem:
1st you need to visit http://guild.rohan.ph/Guild/Guild_mark.html to access the guild emblem upload page.
2nd now you can see the field that needs to be filled in before making a successful guild emblem upload, fields that needs to be filled are as follows.

• Select Server
• Username
• Password
• Character Name
• Default logo choice if choosing the 15 default emblems
• Upload custom TGA file

Since only the guild leader is allowed by the system to change the guild emblem from time to time he/she needs to fill in the required fields.

• 1st step is to choose the server from the drop down menu for the server option
• 2nd he/she needs to input his/her username
• 3rd he/she needs to input his/her password, rest assured that inputting you password is just for the verification of your account.
• 4th step will be inputting the IGN or in game name of your character. (sample: Test101)
• 5th step is if you chose to use one of the 15 default emblems you just need to click one of the selection buttons and click Confirm button to proceed. (Sample screenshot below)

As you can see all the fields required has been fulfilled. After successfully inputting valid account details you will get a confirmation message that you have successfully changed your guild emblem.
